Is the CFTC coming? Prove us wrong.

If you missed the post from last week regarding the CFTC vs. MyForexFunds debacle, you can get caught up here.

We held a public meeting to make our case that this is going to spread to Futures evaluators, eventually. We think it’s a very solid position, but at the moment everyone else in the space appears to be completely ignoring the entire issue, with the position that this is a Forex-exclusive thing that can’t impact futures… we think they are severely misguided, but you be the judge. Good to see you changing tack. We see you’re trying to turn your ship around, but what is done is done. You promoted and profited extensively by directing traders to these “prop” firms, always playing both sides. Now you’re running like scared rats off a sinking ship. We’ll keep it in mind when we begin our sweeps and nationwide arrests. But don’t count on it.
