OneUp finally allowing multiple “funded” accounts. But there’s a catch…

We haven’t heard much of interest from OneUp in a while, but today they’ve finally decided to join the Multiple Funded Accounts party. HOWEVER… it’s one account per Rithmic login, which is very strange and super annoying for those who want to copy accounts. Here’s the full announcement…

Dear Trader,

We are thrilled to announce that the funding partners have given the green light for traders to get funded on up to 3 accounts at a time.

This change has been the single most requested addition to the OneUp Trader program, so with careful consideration from our funding partners, they have ensured that each Trader will be able to trade multiple funded accounts on just one condition: Traders do not hedge their positions by going long on one account and short on the other on the same or highly correlated products.

This development opens up a world of possibilities. You can now implement different trading strategies across multiple accounts of varying sizes, explore new markets, and effectively diversify risk by spreading them across multiple accounts. No doubt, this new update will enhance your prospects of securing funding successfully!

Please note that you will need to have multiple email addresses to sign up for the accounts due to the fact that you will have different Rithmic logins for each account. We are currently working on giving traders the ability to trade multiple accounts under one login, but in the meantime, we are letting you know that it is possible to trade up to 3 accounts while we work on this implementation.
